Construction Services.
From pre-construction consulting through final punch list, The Patriot Services delivers full-scope general contracting for commercial, residential, government, and industrial projects. We self-perform core trades in-house and coordinate trusted specialty sub-contractors — keeping every phase on schedule, on budget, and under one point of contact.
Project Management
Single point of contact from groundbreaking to handover. Our job-site managers coordinate every trade, enforce quality standards, and keep timelines tight so you never have to chase down subcontractors.
Consulting & Design
Pre-construction strategy, blueprint development, and permitting handled up front. We work with architects and engineers to design buildable plans that meet code requirements and stay within budget.
Core Trades (In-House)
Carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, and site management performed by our own crews. In-house execution means faster turnaround, consistent quality, and fewer scheduling conflicts.
Specialty Trades (Subcontracted)
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, EFIS, windows & doors, and site grading performed by vetted, licensed subcontractors who meet our quality and safety standards. We manage every sub so you deal with one team, not five.

Logistics & Hauling.
Patriot Logistics is our sister fleet — an end-to-end, power-only hauling operation built to move what others can't. You provide the trailer or equipment, we hook up and haul it. With every hookup type covered and a growing fleet of four trucks, we handle everything from local equipment moves to oversized super loads with police escorts.
Every Hookup Type
Pintle hitch, 2-5/16" ball, 2" ball, bumper pull, fifth wheel, air brakes, electric brakes — all from one rig. Whatever your trailer needs, we have the hardware to connect and haul it safely.
Oversized & Super Loads
We've pulled loads measuring 120+ feet long, 14 feet wide, and roughly 16 feet tall. Police escorts, bucket trucks, pilot cars — we coordinate the full convoy so your oversized cargo arrives safely and on time.
What We Haul
Trailers, heavy equipment and machinery, fifth wheels, RVs, golf simulators, modular buildings, and more. If it rolls, slides, or needs a crane — we've probably hauled it.
Flatbed Service
Adding 48-foot flatbed capacity to our fleet. Ideal for steel, lumber, equipment, and anything that needs an open deck. A natural complement to our power-only capabilities.
